    • If you would like to receive feedback from an ICV member, pertaining to your incident/story
    • Would you like to have your story posted on the ICV website (optional)
    • If you would like to actively contribute and participate in ICV’s mission and efforts to change current cruise line regulations, procedures, and accountability

    Register as a CREW MEMBER

    • If you currently or previously work(ed) for the cruise line industry and support the efforts of ICV in their effort to change the cruise line industry
    • If you wish to provide information relating to your specific experience while working for the cruise industry
    • If you would like to receive feedback from an ICV member, pertaining to your incident/story

    Register as a Family member, friend, concerned passenger

    • A family member(s) has been the victim of an incident that occurred while on a cruise
    • Wish to provide information relating to your specific incident/story
    • Would like to receive feedback from an ICV member, pertaining to your incident/story
    • Choose to have your story posted to the ICV website (optional)
    • Decide to actively contribute and participate in ICV’s mission and efforts to change current cruise line regulations, procedures, and accountability
