International Cruise Victims, Inc. is an International Association made up of victims and other friends wanting to support our efforts throughout the world.

The Dianne Brimble case has and continues to be a major news story. Members of ICV come from countries around the world and this case has brought public awareness in Australia and worldwide the fact that Cruise Crimes are an international problem and occur throughout the world.
